Crown Corporation Act

PREAMBLE

The Crown Corporation Act establishes the scope of powers and responsibilities of the Crown Corporation.

SECTION 1: CREATION

1. The Crown Corporation exists as an entity of the government.
2. The Chief Executive Officer (hereby referred to as “CEO”) of Crown Corporation shall be the Prime Minister
3. Subsidiaries of the Crown Corporation (hereby referred to as “businesses”) will not need a Commerce Permit in order to operate.

SECTION 2: DUTIES

1. The Crown Corporation shall oversee sales of restricted and rare goods and services. These goods and services shall be known as Class C Goods and Services.
2. The Crown Corporation shall be responsible for maintaining the classification of goods and services
3. Goods and services can be deemed restricted at any time by the CEO.
4. Restricted goods and services shall be posted in the Crown Corporation office located at 5 King Street, Floor 6.
5. The minimum prices of restricted goods and services shall be posted in the Crown Corporation office located at 5 King Street, Floor 6.
6. No individual may sell or provided any of the goods and services offered by the Crown Corporation.

SECTION 3: RESTRICTED GOODS

1. The classification of goods and services can be found in the Appendix of this document
2. Class A Unrestricted Goods and Services can be sold without a license
   1. All goods and service that are not covered under Section 3, paragraph 3 are Class A Unrestricted Goods and Services
3. Class B Restricted Goods and Services can be found in Appendix B
   1. A license is required to produce, distribute, or sell Class B Restricted Goods and Services
   2. The following restrictions must be met in order to qualify for a Class B Restricted Goods and Services License
      1. A Lot may only sell one Class B Restricted Good or Service

SECTION 4: GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

1. This Act applies to all individuals and buildings which can be found within 250 metres from any District or Route.
2. All commerce done outside this 250 metre radius is not subject to the restrictions found in this Act.
3. Import fees (hereby referred to as “duty”) may be imposed on goods and services which were purchased outside this 250 metre radius.
   1. Import fees will be outlined in Appendix D of this Act.
4. Duty Free Zones are not subject to any of the limitations or restrictions set out in this Act.
   1. Duty may be charged upon leaving any Duty Free Zone.
